Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • As a business development executive, your role is to open doors, build relationships, and help training managers, HR professionals, and business leaders develop training programs that will help them make the next step in their career development.
  • You will be a crucial link between the client organizations and our trainers.
  • Top priority is making sure the clients get the best possible service when they need it most. You focus on in-company trainings and open-courses.
  • Analyze your market and understand key trends.
  • Look for market opportunities, generate leads and manage accounts.
  • Manage profitable and long term relationships with clients
  • Negotiate conditions and close deals.
  • Work with trainers to develop new products and services
  • Collaborate with R&D department with the training programs
  • Participate in marketing events.

Requirements:

  • University degree or above. Majoring in Human Resources-, Organization Development-, or Management-related is preferential.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience, at least 3 years proven sales record in training industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good network builder.
  • Strong business sense, including excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, possess initiative, good team player, entrepreneurship, integrity.
  • Good command of both Mandarin and English.
