感谢客户的高度信任和欧洲总部的强大支持，让我们在2010收获了相比2009年超过2倍的高速成长。在这一年里，我们独特的培训方法和体系得到了更多跨国公司、本土企业和其他组织的认可。我们对于服务质量的高度重视，以及我们坚持只为客户提供经严格认证的培训师的做法，再一次得到了客户的高度认同。

同以往一样，我们坚持自己的理念，我们不销售培训课程，我们只通过与客户的紧密合作，通过定制我们的服务满足学员的学习需求。2011年，我们将为客户提供更多的定制服务方案。同时，我们将进一步强化我们为客户定制课程的服务模式，突出我们帮助学员实现行为改变提升个人及组织效能的特色，帮助客户提升自身解决问题的能力，实现我们与客户的双赢。

Thanks to the trust and support from our clients and from our parent company in Europe, Schouten China managed rapid growth in 2010 with a longer list of client names. In the past year, marked by our unique training methodology, Schouten China’s training services have been recognized noticeably by an increasing number of clients, including both multi-national companies and various types of local organizations. Our emphasis on quality service to all clients and the strict adherence of using certified trainers only have been proven to be invaluable to and welcomed by our clients.
